Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Once you have paid your deposit, you will receive an email to say your order is secured. You will then receive a final invoice to pay, one week prior to delivery/collection. Please make note of the next ‘date available’ when ordering as we only process an animal when it has been fully allocated to customers. Depending on when you place your order, you may need to allow up to 12 weeks to receive your order – which is the perfect amount of time to clear out the freezer!
FREE PICKUP LOCATIONS
Orders can be picked up at various locations along our delivery route, on the day of collection. We will continue to add to these collection points as required, so get in touch if you don’t see an area near you listed. Please note collection times run to a strict 30-minute timeframe in order to stay on schedule. You will receive a notification 48hours beforehand as to the exact time and pickup location. During checkout, please select your pickup preference, or schedule a local delivery.

LOCAL DELIVERY
We offer free local delivery within the Moreton Bay region for minimum orders (quarter Beef box and above) otherwise can arrange delivery for a flat rate fee of $40. Select your delivery preference during checkout.
Please get in touch if you are outside the below areas as we may be able to meet you along our delivery route, arrange a refrigerated courier to deliver to your South East Qld address or connect you with another local farmer closer to your area. Laura at edenparkqld@gmail.com

REFUND Policy
We are totally committed to supplying you with high quality beef and lamb. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your produce, please get in touch within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

To be eligible for a replacement you must be able to show proof of purchase and photos of the original packaging and product in question.
Please note, because meat is a perishable item, the product becomes the responsibility of the customer at the point of collection/delivery. We will not be held liable for produce that has not been stored at correct temperatures. Likewise, if you do encounter a concern regarding product quality, we will only consider a refund or replacement for uncooked (raw) produce, as the cooking of our products is a factor outside our control.
